Our Team:

	Steve Cameron - Principal Steve is an experienced director with well-developed strategic skills. He was part of the management team that built the specialist operator O.T. Africa line into a leading West African player. He is able to identify big picture strategy, major corporate issues, formulate plans and carry through the detailed strategy. He has many years business experience in the maritime industry and West Africa, reviewing business processes, recruiting and training of Directors, Managers and Graduates.
		Ray Fenyoe - Market research Ray has 28 years consultancy experience within the transport industry as a business consultant. His major expertise is international container and intermodal transport, and his major strength is researching and devising solutions to business problems. Ray is the principal of the Stanford Research Group, well know for its economic and market research services.
	Lesley Kaye MCIPD Dip.Mgmt - Resources Manager Lesley is a professional consultant & interim executive. Her projects have included competency development and the introduction of 360° feedback for Coca-Cola HBC SA, the introduction of performance management for JMC Airlines Limited and implementing an HR strategy and achieving Investors in People for QSA Limited. Prior to this she was Head of Learning, Education and Development for a major construction management company. Her primary skill is in maximising the potential of companies through its people.
		Anne Williams - Executive recruitment Anne is an energetic B2B executive and consultant with strong knowledge of European, American and Far Eastern shipping and transport markets. She is also experienced in the transport and maritime industry conference sector where, amongst her many other skills, she provides speaker recruitment services.
	Jonathan Marshall - Paris Office Jonathan is an experienced director in the maritime transport industry and in particular France and French speaking West Africa. He is fully bilingual French / English with sophisticated sales, customer service and team management skills. Articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, able to motivate, bridge nationality and culture differences, and communicate to achieve excellent business performance.
