Data is available for EU countries, Austria, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, and the USA.

There are three UK databanks: international trade statistics for EU countries (Intrastat), and for all other countries (Extrastat); and Importer names for non-EU countries.

For Extrastat countries, monthly or annual data is provided in tonnes or value, in any combination of

• Transport mode
• UK port
• Country of despatch/destination
• Commodity at 1-5 digit SITC, or 9 digit TTCN

For Intrastat countries, similar statistics are provided for

• Border crossing mode (sea, air, rail, road, Channel Tunnel, or pipeline)
• Country of despatch/destination
• Commodity at 1-5 digit SITC, or 9 digit TTCN

Importer names and addresses are also supplied on a monthly or annual basis. They are associated with commodities defined at any level of detail.
