M&R administrator Specialist Shipping Storage, Container Sales & Leasing Co - Ref 0257

Responsible for all aspects of M&R from depot audits and field inspections to managing the in-house processing of M&R data.

Salary Range: Pnds 25k +
Bonus scheme payable monthly 25% - 50% of salary subject to individual and company performance

Location Wimbledon SW London 5 mins from station.

Hours or work normally 0830 - 1730. This is a small organisation of about 12 people that continues to grow significantly each year. Essential skills and experience:

• Technical knowledge to process, approve/dispute estimates and follow up with both depots and customers.
• Ability to look at a repair estimate or estimate trends from depots and question the costs involved.
• Leasing company or a shipping line background with 3-5 years experience
• Ability to defend repair issues when challenged.
• Ability to communicate with people from a wide geo-social range
• Good analytical and numerical skills

Desirable skills and experience:

• IICL container inspection standard or commitment to study for IICL qualification
• Experience in visiting depots and inspecting containers

Interpersonal skills requirements:

• Ability to communicate at director level through to depot estimator
• Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers at different levels and from different cultural backgrounds
